Subscription and Recurring Orders
If you purchase a subscription or set up a recurring order, you can manage it at any time through your customer account or via the links provided in your subscription emails.
Changes, Skips and Cancellations
Subscription and recurring orders may be:
- Modified up to the weekly cutoff time
- Skipped for individual weeks
- Cancelled at any time with no penalty
Weekly Cutoff Times
Cutoff times for amendments are communicated during checkout and via subscription emails. Changes made after the cutoff will apply to the following delivery cycle.
Refunds for Subscription Orders
If a subscription order has already been processed or dispatched for the current cycle, changes or cancellations may not apply until the next delivery cycle. If there is an issue with an order you have received, please contact us so we can resolve it promptly.
