Due to the nature of fresh meat products, the final weight of your order may vary slightly each week.

To simplify the process and ensure fairness:

Your initial charge is based on 110% of the estimated total.

Once your box is packed and weighed:
If your final total is lower, we will refund the difference automatically.

If your final total is higher, we will send you an invoice to pay the remaining amount. This will have to be paid for promptly to ensure same day delivery.

By subscribing, you agree to this billing method.

You may cancel or pause at any time before your cut-off date.

Our subscriptions are weekly (every 1,2,3, or 4 weeks) and flexible. You can choose your meat box, set your delivery or pickup preferences, and we’ll handle the rest.

Because weights vary, your initial charge is based on an estimate — then we adjust the final total based on the actual weight.

Nope. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime before your weekly cut-off (usually 1 day before delivery). You’re in control.

Yes! You can select whatever you'd like to order for each delivery. We also offer seasonal options.

Yes to all of that. Log into your account and click Manage Subscription to skip, pause, swap products, change your delivery frequency, or cancel outright, no need to email us. Not signed in? Use the secure link in your order emails, or request one on our subscription login page. Just make changes before the weekly cut-off so they apply to your next box.

Our meat is cut and weighed fresh. Because no two cuts are identical, your weekly total may be slightly higher or lower than the estimate.

We charge an estimated amount upfront (usually 110%) and then:

• Refund you if the weight was under
  
• Send a small invoice if it was over

Refunds are processed automatically within 3–5 business days. If your order total exceeds the estimate, you’ll receive an invoice to pay the difference.

We currently deliver to select Sunshine Coast and Noosa Hinterland areas. Use our postcode checker on the cart page to see if you’re eligible.

If your postcode isn’t eligible, you’ll only see the “Collect In Store” option at checkout.

Deliveries are currently available on Tuesdays and Fridays. You can select your preferred day at checkout.

Orders must be placed by 12pm the day before your chosen delivery day.

We deliver between 8am–6pm. If you're not home, we recommend leaving a cooler bag or esky at your door.

We source directly from local farms on the Sunshine Coast and its surrounds. All our meat is:

• Free-range
  
• Ethically raised
  
• Hormone & antibiotic-free
  

We work with farmers who share our passion for quality and animal welfare.

Some of our suppliers are certified organic. Others follow regenerative and ethical practices but may not carry certification. Each product will specify the source.
