Our organic and free-range poultry is raised and fed naturally and are free to roam, graze, develop and explore freely. Each of our local poultry farmers ensures that their animals are exposed to natural sunlight and are free from antibiotics and hormones.
They treat their land and animals with respect and dignity. Our suppliers that enable us to achieve a low carbon footprint include:
• Bendele Farm – Organic and free range chicken, spatchcock, turkey
• Elgin Valley – Free range chicken
