- METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius Allow turkey to come to room temperature (approx. 30 minutes) Place on rack in a roasting pan Baste turkey with cream and salt flakes
- How long do I cook my turducken for?
- Allow 30-35 minutes per kg
- Oven temperatures can vary. You may need to adjust cooking times accordingly
- Insert a skewer into the turducken. The juices should run clear with no sign of pink if cooked. Allow your turducken to rest for at least 45 minutes before carving.
