Eumundi Meats has sourced and developed an extensive range of paleo-friendly and approved meat products that cater to the core of the Paleo and GAPS ethos.
Our range has been developed in collaboration with specialists in the field. Our extensive Paleo Sausage Range are made using freshly ground beef, lamb, pork, chicken, turkey, duck and goat in addition to fresh herbs and spices in a natural casing – that’s it. No grains, or fillers and no preservatives! They’re delicious and have a great texture. Our Bacon is the same – just naturally farmed pork, salt and spices. We also stock organic paleo beef mince, which has a higher, more naturally occurring fat ratio. For making broths, we have free-range chicken carcasses, feet and necks; a Paleo-approved, grass-fed beef bone selection, including chuck and marrow bones – all of which yield a rich, clear stock. You can also take advantage of our offal: free-range, pasture-raised lamb kidneys and lamb’s fry, grass-fed calves' liver and livers from organic chickens and free-range ducks. To supplement our raw materials, we’ve searched Australia for the best Paleo products, including ready-made bone broths.
